High in the hills of Santo Domingo La Cascada, Isabel Escalante and her family tend their farm, Tesoro, with steady care and a deep sense of pride. Coffee has been part of their family rhythm for more than a decade, and their recent move into specialty production reflects that commitment.
Processing is entirely hands-on: hand-pulped, naturally fermented for around 38 hours, and dried slowly under the sun. Their heirloom Bourbon trees are grown without fertilisers, maintaining healthy soils and a gentle relationship with the land.
A true family effort — thoughtful, honest farming.
