Our first release from Ela Tenacha, a small washing station in southern Ethiopia founded in 2021 by friends Ashebir and Ashenafi. Set high at 2,100 m, the station works mainly with the Kurume variety — prized for its dense cherries and lively cup profile.
Processing is meticulous: washed, fermented, soaked, and dried slowly under a mix of sun and shade. The result is a classic Yirgacheffe expression — bright, layered and precise, with a modern sense of care behind it.
