Coffee has always been central to José Ignacio Gómez's life, a legacy from his father, who was a dedicated coffee farmer. In 2002, José began his own journey by acquiring a farm. While he initially grew conventional coffee, he soon transitioned to specialty coffee, which required a deeper focus on quality and production methods.
This shift, starting in 2003, not only upgraded the farm’s infrastructure but also improved his family’s living standards. José’s dedication to quality and innovation has made his move into specialty coffee a success, highlighting the importance of excellence and finding the right market.
A true testament to how passion and purpose can shape a cup of coffee.
